I am willing to compromise on a lot of things. It doesn't have to be the most delicious in the world but I want to be able to get ingredients in bulk and I want to be able to assemble it in under ten minutes. It doesn't have to be cheap, or good for me

To be clear, Shin Ramyun is kind of my ideal, but I would even take an approximation of just about any kind of instant ramen. I found this in Japantown and it is very simple but with fresh noodles it gets the job done

There has to be a service that will reverse engineer seasoning for you, right? I am thinking specifically about the vegan Shin Ramyun packets. It's not like I don't want to buy their instant noodles, I totally do. But all that packaging kills me, I would so much rather just buy the seasoning in 1kg containers, or mix it up myself if I had a recipe
